Key Responsibilities:
Visual Design:
-Develops the overall look and feel of a website, including color schemes, typography, and imagery.
-Creates layouts for web pages, ensuring a clear and organized structure.
-Designs user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) to optimize website usability.
Website Functionality:
-Ensures websites are functional and accessible on various devices and browsers.
-Collaborates with web developers to translate designs into functional websites.
-Optimizes websites for speed and performance.
Client Communication:
-Works closely with me to understand my needs and vision for the website.
-Provides design solutions that meet requirements and branding guidelines.
Project Management:
- Manages times and projects accordingly
Other Digital Assets:
May also create other digital assets like email newsletters, social media graphics and display ads
Skills and Knowledge:
Design Software: Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: Basic understanding of these web development languages is beneficial.
User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design: Knowledge of principles for creating intuitive and user-friendly websites.
Responsive Design: Ability to design websites that adapt to different screen sizes and devices.
Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with me.
Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve design and technical issue
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Graphic Design, Logo Design, Brand Identity & Guidelines, Web Development, WordPress, Contemporary Style, Brand Guidelines, Digital Marketing Materials, Adobe InDesign, Web Design
