We operate a "Get a Quote" model: customers request quotes on our website by selecting products (inventory-based). Our website product catalogue currently pulls products and stock from CIN7, so we need a reliable 3-way setup between Website CIN7 Zoho One, with clean product matching and minimal manual work.
Scope of work
Zoho One setup and configuration
Configure Zoho apps based on our workflow (primarily CRM + Inventory/Books, and any others required)
Custom fields/modules, workflows, approvals, automations, reporting and dashboards
Data migration
Migrate and validate existing data (products/SKUs/variants, customers, historical leads/quotes/orders if applicable)
Data cleanup, mapping, import, and reconciliation
Website "Get a Quote" process (web → Zoho)
When a quote request is submitted on the website, create the correct Lead/Deal in Zoho CRM
Ensure selected website products match the correct Zoho product/SKU (including variants/options where relevant)
Automatically or semi-automatically generate a Quote in Zoho
Automatically email the quote to the customer (template + PDF + follow-up workflow)
CIN7 integration (3-way network)
Because the website catalogue comes from CIN7, we need stable flows across web–CIN7–Zoho
Sync product/SKU data, stock, orders, purchasing and related records as needed
Focus on data consistency and reducing manual handling
End-to-end operational workflow in Zoho
Build the process from Lead → Sales → Production → Dispatch/Delivery
Status tracking, task assignment, notifications, handovers and reporting throughout the pipeline
Visibility across key stages (e.g., quote sent, quote accepted, sales order, production started, production complete, dispatched, delivered)
Optional alternative: Replace CIN7 with Zoho
If feasible, we want the option to manage everything inside Zoho rather than CIN7
If required, build a custom MRP in Zoho Creator, integrated with Zoho CRM/Inventory/Books
Ideal candidate
Proven experience implementing Zoho One (especially CRM, Inventory/Books, Creator)
Strong integration capability (API/webhooks, Zoho Flow, Deluge)
Comfortable with product catalogue logic (SKU/variants/options) and data mapping
CIN7 integration experience is a strong plus
Can document the setup, test properly, support go-live, and provide handover/training
Goal: a clean, scalable system that links our website quote requests to the correct inventory items, automates quote generation and follow-up, and supports the full workflow from lead to delivery with minimal manual effort.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator
Optional skills: Vtiger Development, Zapier
