You'll learn laminating and cutting-edge skills with advanced materials, and gain experience with technologies such as autoclaves, molds, carbon fiber layups, structural bonding, and more.

 Key Responsibilities

You'll be hands-on from day one, all training is provided inhouse.

 You will be:

  • Learning how to laminate and vacuum bag carbon fiber and other composite materials for curing in an autoclave
  • Working with autoclaves and ovens to cure Composite Materials
  • Getting hands-on experience in the building and assembly of composite components and substructures
  • Cutting, trimming, bonding, and finishing composite parts to precise specifications
  • Gaining knowledge in how to interpret lamination and assembly manuals
  • Growing your abilities in helping create master molds and patterns
  • Maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Collaborating closely with supervisors, leads, and QA to meet project timelines and quality expectations
  • Keeping your work area safe, clean, and organized
  • Participating in continuous improvement activities, including Kaizen, GEAR and ISO-based processes

What We're Looking For

You don't need to be an expert — you just need the right mindset:

  • With training, you are comfortable using sanders, grinders, cutters, drills, gram scales, scissors, knives and other power tools
  • You have a willingness to learn how to read composite manuals and follow detailed instructions
  • You are motivated by problem-solving and using hands-on skills
  • You have a willingness to learn about composite materials, resins, and adhesives
  • You have the basics around a computer to enter your timesheet
  • You are team-oriented, dependable, and safety-focused
  • You are passionate about building cool things — especially motorsport-related components

This job posting is for an existing vacancy. The total cash compensation range for this position is expected to be:

$ $25.48
