The Opportunity
We are seeking a Talent Programs Advisor to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a critical part in building, optimizing, and elevating the programs, processes, and tools that enable effective hiring across the organization. You'll focus on strengthening talent acquisition operations, enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience, and designing scalable, repeatable solutions that support our ability to attract, assess, and hire top talent.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in talent acquisition, program development, and operational excellence along with a passion for improving how teams work, simplifying complex processes, and enabling high‑quality hiring outcomes.
What you'll do
Develop, enhance, and operationalize talent acquisition programs that support sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding needs
Contribute to the development and evolution of talent acquisition strategy, including process modernization, program enhancements, and capability‑building initiatives
Support workforce planning initiatives by aligning TA programs with hiring needs and business priorities.
Support the continuous improvement of recruiting processes and tools, ensuring they are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with business requirements and TA best practices
Assist with planning, coordination, user acceptance testing, and implementation of TA‑related technology enhancements (Workday, automations, integrations, etc.)
Create solutions that improve hiring effectiveness, candidate experience, and recruiter/hiring manager workflow
Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to remove friction points and improve overall hiring operations
Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (Recruiting, TA Ops, Workforce Planning, Talent Management, HRBPs, IS, Legal, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure alignment, timely inputs, and smooth execution of programs and process changes
Work closely with internal teams and business leaders within and outside HR to ensure programs meet workforce and organizational needs
Build strong relationships across the organization to promote understanding and adoption of TA programs and practices
Provide guidance to stakeholders on processes, tools, and program adoption
Maintain, update, and govern internal process documentation, QRGs, templates, SharePoint resources, and program materials to keep all content current, accurate, and consistent
Support audit and compliance activities by gathering documentation, validating process adherence, identifying risks or gaps, and coordinating corrective actions with partners
Facilitate training, communication, and resources that support hiring managers and recruiters
Prepare high‑quality presentations, dashboards, facilitation materials, and briefing documents for leadership, project teams, and training sessions; support or lead facilitation as needed
Use metrics, dashboards, and analytics to assess program health, diagnose issues, and recommend data‑driven improvements
Stay current with trends in talent acquisition, recruiting technology, and candidate experience to continually elevate TA programs
Additional duties as required
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
4 or more years of related experience in human resources, talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or program development/coordination
Experience designing or improving HR/TA methods, procedures, workflows, or programs
Experience performing analyses (e.g., process, data, program effectiveness) and making recommendations based on findings
Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing presentations, guidance materials, and stakeholder updates
Experience handling moderately complex HR/TA assignments such as interviewing, data analysis, program coordination, or generating reports
Ability to independently apply procedures, troubleshoot issues, and resolve conflicts within established guidelines
Proficiency producing accurate documentation, summaries, or deliverables for processes or projects
Preferred Qualifications
HR or TA‑related designation (e.g., PHR, SHRM‑CP, CPHR)
Experience using Workday or a comparable applicant tracking or HRIS system
Experience interpreting TA metrics or dashboards and converting insights into program or process improvements
Experience managing multiple initiatives or deliverables within TA or HR operations
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in full‑cycle recruitment, talent programs, or recruiting operations
