We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who takes pride in producing clean, high-quality work and communicates clearly. This is a part-time remote role (3 hours per day) with a clear path to a full-time position based on performance and consistency.
This role is ideal for designers who enjoy structured workflows, value feedback, and want to grow with a fast-moving creative team working with premium brands, including luxury real estate and high-end businesses.
What You'll Do
- Design high-quality creatives for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms
- Create professional marketing materials including brochures, social media graphics, logos, presentations, and other brand assets
- Follow brand guidelines while elevating the overall visual quality
- Apply feedback quickly and accurately to refine and improve designs
- Manage tasks efficiently and deliver work on agreed timelines
- Collaborate with the team in a clear, organized, and professional manner
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in real estate, law firms, corporate b2b, someone who understands how to bring fun to boring b2b brands while staying within the brand guidelines
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain consistency
- Clear communicator who responds reliably and takes ownership of their work
- Detail-focused designer who values quality, precision, and continuous improvement
What We Offer
- Part-time: 3 hours per day (Sunday off)
