What we mean by CRM
Basic lead list and lead detail pages.
Pipeline stages so we can move deals through a simple flow.
Notes, tasks, and reminders.
Search and filters so it does not feel like a spreadsheet.
Where AI comes in
Help write follow ups and quick emails based on context.
Summarize notes and turn messy notes into something usable.
Suggest next steps or reminders so we do not drop leads.
We are open to your ideas here. We mainly want it to feel obviously helpful.
Platform
Web first. A Web Application is the priority.
If it makes sense, we would love a path to mobile later. React Native experience is a plus but not required.
What we need
Someone who can handle Full Stack Development, not just front end.
Comfortable with React and JavaScript.
Good UX and UI instincts. Clean and simple beats fancy.
Practical AI App Development experience, not just a demo prompt.
What we want to end up with
A working web app prototype that feels real.
We should be able to add leads, move them through stages, log activity, and use the AI features in the flow.
Deployed somewhere we can share with a link.
Some basic notes on what you built and what you would do next.
Timeline
This is urgent. We want to move quickly. Tell us what you can realistically get done in the first week.
When you apply
Send a short note on how you would approach it.
Share one or two examples of similar Web Development or SaaS Development work if you have them.
If you have built anything CRM related, mention it.
If you can also do Mobile App Development or React Native, mention that too.
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
