This is not an entry-level opportunity. Applicants must have direct experience cold calling for real estate purposes.
(will need cold calling for other ventures, but to start we will focus on real estate)
(to start this will be a per project/part time job)
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to homeowners and property owners
Work lists such as Baby Boomers, expired listings, absentee owners, probate, pre-foreclosures, and off-market properties
Qualify seller motivation and timeline
Set high-quality listing or acquisition appointments
Log detailed notes and update CRM accurately
Follow scripts while sounding natural and confident
Meet daily and weekly call and appointment targets
Requirements:
Proven experience cold calling specifically for real estate
Strong English communication skills (clear, confident speaking voice)
Ability to handle rejection professionally
Skilled at objection handling and rapport building
Comfortable using CRM systems
Reliable internet connection and quality headset
Self-motivated and results-driven
Ideal Candidate:
Has worked with real estate agents, brokers, or investors
Understands seller psychology
Knows how to transition from conversation to appointment
Takes ownership of results
Wants a long-term opportunity with room for growth
Compensation:
Hourly pay plus performance bonuses per appointment set
