We are seeking an experienced freelancer to resolve login issues with Microsoft Outlook related to Microsoft Exchange. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in troubleshooting email connectivity problems and archiving emails effectively.
I am having to enter my log in credentials many times a day to access my emails. I need to have it fixed.
My archive function works intermittently creating pst files. Other times, it creates a 265k file with nothing in it.
Your expertise will help our team regain access to our email accounts and ensure proper email management. If you are proficient in diagnosing and fixing Outlook login issues, please apply with your relevant experience.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Product Knowledge, Microsoft Outlook, Incident Management, Office 365, Troubleshooting
