This role is focused on turning raw footage into compelling storytelling, not just basic narration.
You will work closely with our head lead scriptwriter, review provided footage, and build a clear, engaging storyline that matches the tone, pacing, and structure of this channel:

Clear, cinematic, and easy to follow
Optimized for viewer retention and storytelling flow
What You'll Do
Watch provided incident / safety footage in full
Extract the key moments, risks, and turning points
Build a strong narrative storyline around the footage
Write 3 high-quality YouTube script per week
Craft an engaging intro that follows our internal format and retention guidelines
Collaborate closely with our head scriptwriter for feedback and revisions
Requirements
Proven experience writing YouTube documentary, safety, or true-crime style scripts
Strong ability to model an existing channel's tone and structure
Comfortable analyzing real footage and building a narrative from it
Reliable 3x weekly delivery
Open to collaboration, notes, and improvement

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
