Über
We are looking for a highly proactive person who wants to take ownership of our performance marketing and turn creative ideas into scalable systems.
Your Role
You will be responsible for our Meta and Google campaigns.
You develop creative ad concepts, write UGC scripts, coordinate creators and freelancers, and ensure all creatives are on-brand and performance-driven.
You test new approaches, analyze results, and derive clear optimizations for copy, visuals, and video.
You will also oversee and improve our Make automations and ensure smooth workflows between creation, launch, and analysis.
Your Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize ongoing Meta and Google campaigns
• Develop and execute UGC and creative concepts
• Coordinate freelancers and external partners
• Analyze performance data and launch new tests
• Improve systems, automations, and processes
Your Profile
• Extremely proactive and independent
• Structured and execution-driven
• Strong creative instinct for social media performance
• Design-aware with a good eye for branding
• Good English communication skills
A marketing degree is not required. What matters is ownership, drive, and results.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
