We are looking for someone who's been in the trenches, edited 100+ UGCs, knows what makes direct response creative actually convert, and wants to work with some of the biggest health, supplement, and beauty brands out there
Here's what's in it for you:
- $1,500/month starting, goes up to $3,000 with performance bonuses
- Full-time role, remote
- Work on accounts spending serious money on Meta - you'll see what actually works at scale
Apply only if you have...
- 3+ years editing experience, specifically in DTC/ecom space
- 100+ UGC and short-form edits under your belt
- Comfortable with AI tools for video generation and editing
- Done VSL edits, UGC edits, AI voiceover with B-roll - all of it
- Obsessive attention to detail - the kind where you notice things others completely miss
(Agency experience is a big plus)
What the work looks like:
video ads per week minimum, 2-3 per day
- Direct response edits built to convert, not just look good
- High standards - quality cannot drop regardless of volume, that's non-negotiable here
- Every edit needs intent behind it, not just clean cuts
