I'm looking for a creative, growth-focused video editor to collaborate with me on my Instagram page, which is centered around real estate content.
This is not a basic video editing role. I'm looking for someone who understands Instagram growth, retention, and how to create reels that get views, saves, and shares.

What You'll Be Working On
• Editing Instagram Reels for a real estate influencer
• Following the script and role provided
• Using B-roll creatively (property shots, rooms, areas, lifestyle visuals, etc.)
• Combining footage into high-engagement reels
• Creating strong hooks in the first 1–3 seconds
• Adding smooth transitions, dynamic pacing, graphics, text, facts, and emotions
• Using AI tools where relevant (AI transitions, motion effects, enhancements, etc.)

I want someone who:
• Brings their own creative ideas
• Understands Instagram algorithms and reel psychology
• Knows how to keep viewers engaged till the end
• Is great with transitions, pacing, and storytelling
• Can suggest better hooks, edits, and formats
• Thinks like a content strategist, not just an editor
• Is excited to experiment and optimize for growth

Requirements
• Proven experience editing Instagram Reels
• Strong portfolio of real reels you've edited (links required)
• Experience with real estate, lifestyle, or influencer content is a big plus
• Comfortable working at a fast and consistent pace
• Open to feedback and collaboration
