We're a small, fast-moving software studio building automation and AI solutions for small businesses. We need a UI/UX designer who builds, not just draws. Someone who designs, implements, and tests their own frontend work.
What that means:
You use AI tools like Cursor, figma make, or similar as a core part of your workflow. You go from concept to working, tested UI not handoffs and Figma files. You own the full frontend cycle: design → implement → test → ship.
What you'll do:
Design intuitive UX flows and clean interfaces for web apps
Implement your designs as production-ready React / / Tailwind components
Iterate quickly based on feedback push code, not just mockups
Work directly in Cursor or similar AI-assisted dev environments
Collaborate with our fullstack dev team (React / / Supabase) via Git
You're a great fit if:
You have strong UI/UX design chops with a portfolio to prove it
You can implement your own designs in React / / Tailwind CSS / Chadcn
You actively use Cursor and other AI tools to move faster
You're comfortable working in a codebase, pushing PRs, and reviewing your own work
You communicate clearly and directly, no fluff, no handholding
Available for ongoing part-time work hrs/week to start)

Experience with Supabase, Railway
