Do a supplier research and find a list of building maintanace suppliers who could offer their services for Meetinghouses and Apartments located in Tbilisi, Batumi, Rustavi, Kutaisi in georgia . The suppliers in the list have to confirmed through calls , the list needs to be added with supplier name , address , website , yes/no for each services mentioned , contact name of the person in-charge , direct phone number and email of the contact person List of Services:
• Small electrical repairs (limited to unlicensed work)
• Plumbing repairs
• Decorating and painting jobs
• Incidental cleaning of building and furniture, such as:
• Power washing exterior (facade and pavement)
• Carpet or chair/pew upholstery cleaning
• Descaling sanitary spaces, such as the restroom and baptismal font
• Maintaining the cleaning equipment and supplies in the facilities
• Basic repairs on doors, locks and windows
• Install or replace network hardware (in dialogue with our specialist)
• Decluttering the building
• Fixing (kitchen) appliances
• Furniture/ artwork/ whiteboards assembly and installation
• Flooring repairs and works
• Ceiling repairs and works
• Other works that arise
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
