This role is focused on building and optimizing revenue-driving email systems — including automated flows, campaign strategy, segmentation, and CRM performance optimization.
We're looking for someone who understands how to turn email into a consistent, high-performing revenue channel.
Scope of Work May Include:
Strategy and implementation of core email flows (Welcome, Abandon Cart, Post-Purchase, Winback, Browse Abandon, Replenishment, etc.)
Campaign planning, segmentation, and execution
Customer lifecycle mapping and retention optimization
CRM audits and performance analysis
Deliverability improvements and list hygiene
A/B testing and revenue optimization
ESP setup and template optimization (if needed)
Ideal Candidate:
Strong experience with e-commerce and DTC brands
Proven ability to drive email-attributed revenue growth
Deep understanding of retention, LTV, and lifecycle strategy
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Omnisend, Mailchimp, or similar ESPs
Data-driven decision making with strong analytical skills
Clear communicator with structured processes
Project Details:
Short-term or project-based engagement
Clear scope and defined deliverables
Potential for ongoing collaboration based on results
Flexible start date
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
