The Scope of Work:
Full Episode Edit: Sync 3 camera angles with high-quality audio. Color grade iPhone "Cinematic Mode" footage to look premium.
Short-Form Content: Create 5–7 high-impact "Shorts/Reels" per episode (9:16 format) with engaging captions/subtitles for YouTube and Instagram.
Audio Mastering: Export and master the audio for Spotify/Apple Podcasts to ensure it meets professional loudness standards.
What I'm looking for:
Experience with multi-camera editing (Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve preferred).
A "hook-driven" mindset for social media clips (you know how to find the viral 60-second moments).
Ability to clean up audio (remove "umms," "ahhs," and long silences).
Experience with color grading (making mobile footage look like professional cinema).
