Über
You'll publish and schedule content across multiple social networks using SocialBee, send campaigns to our mailing list using Mailchimp, and make updates to our website in WordPress. This is an execution-focused role for someone who ships work consistently, follows checklists, and keeps things organized.
As you ramp up, you'll also take on additional operational support: using Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) to help manage inbox workflows, update documents/trackers, and collaborate closely with the founders on day-to-day needs.
Success in this role looks like: consistent content going out on schedule, clean/accurate email sends, fast WordPress updates, and clear tracking/communication so nothing slips.
We value responsiveness, attention to detail, and proactive communication. You flag issues early, propose next steps, and keep work moving.
This role is for a self-starter. We're looking for someone who pushes the conference forward and takes ownership of execution—not someone who needs daily micromanagement to stay productive.
We work best with people who: see what needs doing, ask smart questions once, then run with it—bringing us options and recommendations, not just problems.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
