Über
We are seeking an experienced specialist to help strengthen and fully build out a workspace today for an active production environment involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
This workspace will serve as a centralized operational hub where multiple parties can collaborate, track responsibilities, and clearly understand schedules and deliverables.
We need someone with strong experience in architecture, integrations, dashboards, and automation who can help design and implement a scalable structure during a live working session.
Project Requirements:
Workspace & Team Structure
We are building this system for a production where different groups need dedicated spaces, including:
• A workspace/board structure for the audio team
• A workspace/board structure for the video team
• A client-facing space where the client can view relevant items and updates
• A dedicated space for participants/kids involved in the project to manage their responsibilities and schedules
Each group should have clear visibility only into what is relevant to them while still connecting into the larger production workflow.
Dashboards & Automation
We need dynamic dashboards created so that:
• Each participant ("kid") has their own dashboard
• When a new person is added to the contact list, a dashboard is automatically created for them
• Each person can see:
• All items they are tagged or assigned to
• A personalized calendar showing when they are needed
• Scheduling pulled from and synced with Google Calendar
Integrations
• Google Calendar integration that syncs existing events and automatically updates moving forward
• Google Drive links embedded throughout boards and items, connecting to the correct folders and assets
Goal
Create a clean, scalable production management system that allows teams, clients, and participants to easily understand schedules, responsibilities, and project status in one centralized place.
Ideal Candidate
• Advanced experience (automation, dashboards, permissions, integrations)
• Experience building multi-team or production workflows
• Comfortable working live via Zoom to implement setup efficiently
• Available to start immediately

Contract duration of less than 1 month.
Mandatory skills: Moodle, Computer Network
