This role is not just about running traffic. We want someone who understands the full customer lifecycle, from cold awareness through trial bookings and ongoing enrollment. The right partner will help us build a scalable system that generates qualified local leads and clearly measures performance.
Scope of Work:
Set up and structure Meta ad account and campaigns
Install and verify Meta Pixel and conversion tracking
Build full-funnel campaign strategy (awareness, consideration, conversion, retargeting)
Create and test audiences focused on local parents
Launch and optimize lead generation and/or conversion campaigns
Implement proper event tracking for trials, bookings, and key actions
Monitor performance and continuously optimize for cost per lead and cost per enrollment
Provide clear, actionable reporting
Key Requirements:
Proven experience running Meta ads for local service businesses (kids, family, fitness, or similar is a plus)
Strong understanding of full-funnel strategy, not just lead forms
Deep experience with Meta Pixel, events, and conversion measurement
Ability to set up custom audiences and retargeting properly
Data-driven mindset with ongoing testing and optimization
Clear communication and reporting
Nice to Have:
Experience with kids activities, gyms, or franchise locations
Experience improving trial-to-membership conversion funnels
Creative strategy input (hooks, angles, offers)
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
