The app will allow users to:
Create clients and project spaces
Upload and organize session photos
Pair before/after images
Add notes and next steps
Generate branded PDF recap reports
Share secure recap links
This is a focused MVP build (not a large enterprise system). The goal is to launch within 8–10 weeks with clean architecture and scalable foundations.
Tech Stack:
Flutter (iOS + Android)
Firebase Authentication
Firestore
Firebase Storage
Firebase Cloud Functions (PDF generation)
Firebase Hosting (share links)
We are intentionally keeping the stack simple and scalable.
You will:
Build a mobile-first Flutter application from defined specs
Implement clean UI based on provided wireframes
Integrate Firebase authentication and database
Implement image capture, upload, and compression
Build before/after pairing functionality
Implement PDF recap generation
Build secure shareable links
Ensure performance optimization and smooth UX
Deploy to TestFlight and Google Play internal testing
Required Experience:
3+ years of Flutter development experience
Strong experience building production-level mobile apps
Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage)
Experience handling image uploads and file storage
Experience generating PDFs dynamically
Clean state management approach (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.)
Strong understanding of scalable architecture
Experience deploying to App Store & Google Play
Nice to Have:
Experience with SaaS subscription models
Experience building B2B tools
Experience with performance optimization for image-heavy apps
UI/UX sensitivity (we want a calm, modern interface)
