We are looking for an experienced Facebook Growth & Advertising Manager to help grow and professionally manage a family vlog Facebook page focused on authentic family life, storytelling, and positive lifestyle content.
This is not a basic posting job. We are looking for someone who understands Facebook growth strategy, Reels performance, audience building, and paid ad optimization.
Our goal is to grow followers, increase engagement, and build a strong long-term audience through both organic strategy and paid promotion.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a Facebook growth strategy
Manage and optimize Facebook Reels performance
Create and manage ad campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager
Identify winning content formats and viral hooks
Recommend posting schedules and content direction
Monitor analytics and adjust strategy based on performance
Optimize audience targeting and follower growth campaigns
Provide weekly performance reports and recommendations
Assist with monetization readiness and audience expansion
Requirements
Proven experience growing Facebook pages (please include examples)
Strong knowledge of Facebook algorithm & Reels strategy
Experience running successful Facebook ad campaigns
Ability to analyze metrics and make data-driven decisions
Understanding of personal brand / family vlog content
Clear communication and proactive strategy suggestions
Nice to Have
Experience working with vloggers or creators
Video content optimization experience
Knowledge of Facebook monetization programs
Creative input on content ideas and audience engagement
