I'm an independent artist currently selling 96 artworks (posters) via TPOP, but the site lacks premium branding and scalability. I'm looking for an e-commerce expert to rebuild everything and manage long-term growth.
Goal
Create a premium, gallery-style store:
Posters → affordable
Canvas prints → premium
Originals → high-end
France first, international later.
Scope
Recommend and build the best platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
Recommend and integrate a strong POD (posters + canvas, good margins in France)
Migrate 96 artworks with variants & dynamic pricing
Create full branding (logo + visual direction)
Ongoing marketing: Meta/Google Ads, SEO, email, analytics
