Overview
We are a business education company serving small business owners in the apparel-decoration and embroidery industries. We operate inside structured systems and value calm, organized execution.
We are hiring a part-time administrative assistant to manage recurring operational tasks, email responses, light content formatting, and CRM/platform updates.
This is a long-term role with room to grow for the right person.
Hours & Pay
5-10 hours per week to start
Overseas applicants welcome
Must be available for one weekly Zoom call at 10AM EST
Responsibilities:
Inbox & Inquiry Management
Respond to inquiry emails using provided templates
Customize responses while maintaining tone
Route and tag emails correctly
Flag important messages
Platform & Admin Support:
Update Airtable records
Manage CRM tagging and contact entry
Format Google Docs
Organize Google Drive files
Perform structured data entry
Duplicate recurring tasks
Make light Canva template edits
Upload and schedule social media posts
Basic Social Media Execution:
Format posts using provided frameworks
Adjust captions lightly
Schedule posts according to calendar
You will not create strategy. You will execute inside existing systems.
Required Skills:
Fully fluent written English
Professional email writing ability
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable with repetitive tasks
Experience with:
Airtable
CRM systems
Google Workspace
Canva
Social media scheduling tools
