Über

I am looking for an experienced developer to complete a bilingual (English/Spanish) digital compliance portal for New York businesses. The UI is built on (React/Tailwind), and I need a specialist to architect the backend, authentication, and payment logic.
I have a complete asset bundle ready (Technical specs, DB schema, Branding, and Content folders) to ensure a fast and efficient build.
The Project Scope:
Bilingual DB Architecture: Implement a Supabase schema that handles EN/ES toggles for both Admin uploads and Employee views.
Lead-to-User Flow: 1. Capture leads (Public).
2. Provide free access to "Federal" static posters.
3. Integrated Stripe Checkout for "Pro" upgrade ($99/year).
Automated Onboarding: Configure Stripe Webhooks to Supabase Edge Functions to flip is_pro status and trigger automated welcome emails (Resend/SendGrid).
Dynamic Public Portals: Create read-only, mobile-optimized portals at /portal/(sanitized-slug) with QR code generation for each company.
Admin Dashboard: Build a clean interface with 6 specific PDF upload slots (5MB limit) and language-specific toggles.
Technical Stack:
Frontend: React (Vite), Tailwind CSS
Backend: Supabase (Auth, DB, Storage, Edge Functions)
Payments: Stripe API / Checkout
Extras: Lucide React, , Resend/Postmark
What I Provide:
Full Technical Write-up & Logic Flow.
Branding (Logos, HEX codes, Typography).
Pre-written Email Templates (EN/ES).
All initial Poster Content (PDFs).
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with None hours per week.
