This role is focused on production and documentation rather than rendering or concept design. I'm looking for someone who enjoys translating a well-developed design into clear, buildable drawings and structured models that can be used by contractors and fabricators.
The overall layout and design direction are already in place. The goal is to consolidate ideas into a clean, well-organized SketchUp model and develop drawing sets that support real-world execution.
At the same time, the 3D model will remain an active working tool throughout the project. I often use modeling as part of the design process, so I'm looking for someone who is comfortable translating evolving ideas into detailed models — including furniture, cabinetry, moldings, and material concepts — not just documenting fully finalized designs.
At certain stages of the project, I may develop highly realistic 3D renderings. For this reason, it's important that the model is built in a clean, well-structured way that can support future rendering work (clear geometry, materials, and organization), even though rendering itself is not part of the initial scope.
This is a collaborative but autonomous role. I'm looking for someone who can take ownership of the production side, stay organized, and intuitively understand what needs to be produced as the project evolves.
Scope of work
• Clean and consolidate a master SketchUp model
• Translate design intent into structured, buildable drawings
• Produce SketchUp LayOut drawing sets with clear dimensions and annotations
• Prepare interior and exterior elevations where needed
• Develop basic electrical and lighting plans (outlets, switches, lighting layout)
• Prepare documentation for kitchens, bathrooms, and built-ins
• Create tile and finish layout drawings (patterns and basic quantity guidance)
• Produce dimensioned plans suitable for contractor coordination and pricing
• Support simple budgeting with schedules (finishes, materials, basic quantities)
• Model and document both interior and exterior areas, including terraces, pool zones, and outdoor living spaces, with clear elevations and buildable drawing sets
Requirements
• Strong SketchUp skills
• Strong SketchUp LayOut experience
• Experience producing construction-ready drawings
• Interior architecture or architectural background
• Strong understanding of dimensions and buildability
• Experience with larger residential projects
• Fluent English

Contract duration of 3 to 6 months.
