We are looking for a graphic designer to create 6 new workplace poster designs for employee benefits communications.. Each poster has two variations, "open enrollment" and "ongoing support" We will also have each poster set translated to Spanish. you can view some current examples at You can view a file sample in the attached files.
This is a straightforward project. The layout structure, copy, and placement zones are already defined.
You will be designing within a fixed template system.
What You'll Do
Create 6 visually distinct poster designs using:
The same body copy
The same white messaging block placement
The same logo placement (bottom left)
The same QR code placement (bottom right)
The same URL area
Only the following should change:
Background imagery
Headline styling
Typography pairing
Overall visual theme
Themes will include a mix of:
Corporate / clean, "healthcare" "Benefits oriented" Teamwork, Company culture.
We will provide:
Existing poster examples
Exact copy
Layout reference
Dimensions (11x17 primary)
Technical Requirements
Final size: 11" x 17"
Designed to scale to 8.5" x 11"
300 DPI
CMYK
Print-ready PDF required
Source file required (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator all acceptable)
IMPORTANT:
QR, URL, and logo placement zones must not move or resize, as these are used for automated rendering.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
