Teledyne Digital Imaging Inc. is a subsidiary of Teledyne Technologies Inc., a U.S. publicly listed enterprise, and specializes in the manufacture, design, research and development of high performance CMOS and CCD image sensors and modular expandable cameras.  Teledyne Digital Imaging's products are used worldwide in machine vision, document scanning, image capture, surveillance, process monitoring, manufacturing inspection, medical imaging, and multi media.

As part of our continuing growth in this high technology market, Teledyne Digital Imaging Inc. is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Waterloo

What you'll do

  • Enter and process accounts payable invoices accurately and on time.

  • Prepare payment runs and related reports.

  • Review and reconcile vendor statements.

  • Communicate with vendors to resolve questions or discrepancies.

  • Work with internal teams to research and resolve account issues.

  • Support audit preparation and documentation.

  • Help streamline and improve AP processes.

  • Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company procedures.

  • Respond professionally to internal and external requests.

  • Support general accounting tasks as needed.

What you need

  • Strong accuracy, organization, and communication skills — required .

  • Ability to handle high volumes of data with attention to detail — required .

  • Experience with AP processes and basic accounting procedures — required .

  • Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and accounting/ERP systems (SAP an advantage ).

  • Professional, ethical approach to handling financial information — required .

  • Minimum 2 years of AP experience — required .

  • High school diploma — required .

  • Additional accounting coursework or certification — advantage .

Salary Range:

$41,900.00-$55,800.000

Pay Transparency

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
