Harvard Developments has an opening for an 18-month term Marketing Coordinator to join our Winnipeg office team. This role is responsible for implementing and executing the strategic marketing plan and budget, as well as coordinating tenant events and supporting property amenities.
As a key member of a highly engaged team, the Marketing Coordinator will deliver an exceptional customer service experience while leading initiatives that increase and enhance tenant engagement and overall tenant experience.

We currently oversee more than 9 million square feet of office, retail, and residential properties across Western Canada, with offices in Winnipeg, Regina, Calgary, and Edmonton.
As a successful Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible to:
- Develop and implement annual marketing and tenant engagement plans for assigned office properties.
- Plan and execute tenant events, community activations, and seasonal programs to enhance the customer experience.
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of property social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Manage the performance, content, and user adoption of our HIVE by Harvard tenant app.
- Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral and ensure consistent brand presentation across all materials.
- Collaborate with property teams, tenants, and vendors to activate common areas and amenities.
- Track performance of marketing initiatives and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Preference will be given to an individual who possesses:
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or event management, preferably in a real estate or hospitality environment.
- Experience managing social media channels, content creation, and digital engagement tools.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to initiate ideas, programs and events
- Organized and detail-oriented with good project management and planning skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to multitask in a changing work environment
- Flexibility to potentially work varied schedules including evenings as required to facilitate events
