IRIS The Visual Group is seeking a dedicated Optician to join our Owen Sound, ON team for a maternity leave contract.
 
We welcome Opticians at any stage in their career to apply - whether you're newly licensed or highly experienced. The ideal candidate will begin in July 2026 and remain with us for a minimum 14 month term, with the option to extend.

 What You'll Do:
 
 Help patients select fashionable frames and premium lenses tailored to their visual needs and lifestyle.
 Take precise measurements and ensure proper fitting, adjustment and maintenance of eyewear for maximum comfort.
 Offer expert guidance on contact lenses and eyewear care.
 Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding eye care experiences.
 Maintain accurate records and support administrative flow of the clinic.
