My client is seeking a Sales & Events Executive to join the team at one of Londons most prestigious cultural venue.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a high-profile setting, delivering exceptional events in collaboration with an acclaimed, Michelin-starred culinary partner. The role will sit within the venues sales team and focus on both proactive and reactive event sales, alongside full event planning responsibility.
You will be involved in a wide variety of events, from intimate gatherings through to large-scale corporate and private functions, combining commercial focus with meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities Respond to and convert reactive and proactive event enquiries Prepare catering proposals and detailed event quotations Liaise directly with the venue team to ensure smooth coordination Plan and manage events from contract through to delivery Generate new business and build a strong pipeline of opportunities Conduct venue show rounds, client presentations and sales meetings Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and private clients Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction Work closely with operations and catering teams to ensure seamless execution Represent the venue at networking events and industry showcases
About You Proven experience in event sales within a high-end venue, hotel or catering environment Strong commercial mindset with a track record of achieving revenue targets Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences Knowledge of the London events market is advantageous
