Border Security Specialist

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled Border Security Specialist to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will have experience in detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration laws, inspecting documents and possessions to verify citizenship or potential violations. This may involve analyzing physical evidence, such as tracks, marks, and other signs of unauthorized entry.


• In addition to surveillance activities, the successful candidate will be responsible for preventing and apprehending aliens who attempt to cross borders illegally. They must also identify smuggling operations and take steps to prevent them from succeeding.


• Maintaining vigilance during night patrols is essential for this role. Using advanced equipment like infrared scopes can aid in tracking suspects more effectively.


• Frequent inspections are required at farms, buildings, traffic stops and coastal areas as part of carrying out USBP mission objectives.  ​
