We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Border Patrol Agent.
- As a BPA, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the American people by detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Detect and question people suspected of violating U.S. customs and immigration laws while ensuring adherence to all applicable policies, procedures, rules, regulations pertinent to arrest authority assigned under title 8 USC Secs 1357(a)and/or Title 19 USC1772(i) ,
•Prevent smuggling operations at or near border crossings
Patrol international boundary using various modes of transportation including vehicles horses vessels watercraft etc for enforcement duty functions related but not limited protection life safety prevention prevention crimes preventing entry fugitive escapees illegal aliens into United States.
