position focuses on face-to-face interaction, clear communication, and creating a lasting experience for every customer you meet. As a Wireless Sales Advisor, you will be supported with training and guidance to enhance product knowledge and strong customer service skills.
What you will work on as a Wireless Sales Advisor As a Wireless Sales Advisor, you will connect with customers in person to introduce AT&T’s wireless products and services, and support them in the enrollment process, while offering excellent customer service. Explain AT&T’s plans, services, and promotions clearly, helping customers make informed decisions. Match customers with options that fit their usage, preferences, and budget as a Wireless Sales Advisor. Accurately complete enrollments and maintain organized records. Keep knowledge of AT&T’s current wireless products, updates, and packages. Collaborate with fellow Wireless Sales Advisors to meet monthly sales targets and support campaign goals. Address questions and concerns with patience and professionalism as a trusted Wireless Sales Advisor, fostering retention and focusing on a satisfying customer service experience.
