Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on driving sales for both new and used RVs.
Design and implement creative sales strategies through events, community engagement, and localized marketing efforts.
Manage budget planning and maintain effective cost control measures.
Optimize inventory levels with diligent management techniques to ensure product availability.
Identify key merchandise trends and enhance product presentation to maximize sales opportunities.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to uphold exceptional service standards.
Recruit, train, and develop sales personnel, fostering career growth within the team.
Promote company initiatives and policies among all team members with enthusiasm.
Exhibit strong leadership with a commitment to a customer-first and integrity-driven sales approach.
Generate innovative ideas to exceed sales targets and enhance revenue streams.
Act as a vital communication link between customers and departments such as retail, service, and finance.
Stay updated on market trends, RV industry developments, and current dealership inventory.
Maintain open and enthusiastic communication with staff, customers, and senior management, fostering a collaborative environment.
Qualifications: A college degree is advantageous, though relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of it.
Demonstrated success in dealership sales and leading a revenue-driven team.
Solid understanding of sales management principles, merchandising, inventory control, and consumer insights.
Excellent organizational skills with the capability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding communication, planning, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in computer skills, including experience with customer data and inventory management systems.
A valid driver's license is required.
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and assist with moving up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to perform tasks that involve standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
Compensation Information: The anticipated total annual compensation for this role, which encompasses base pay and potential variable compensation, ranges from $100,000 to $160,000 or more. Compensation is influenced by experience, skills, and business needs.
