Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and detail-oriented X-Ray Technologist (MRT) to join our North York team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will perform a variety of diagnostic X-ray procedures while delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray examinations in accordance with CMRTO standards and ALARA principles
Review patient histories, prepare and position patients, and clearly explain procedures in a calm and reassuring manner
Ensure optimal image quality while strictly maintaining radiation safety protocols
Provide support to patients throughout the examination process, including assisting with mobility as needed
Collaborate effectively with radiologists, fellow technologists, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, following all infection control protocols
Qualifications
Member in good standing with the CMRTO (College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario)
CAMRT certification preferred
Graduate of an accredited Medical Radiation Technology program
1–5 years of experience preferred (new graduates with strong clinical training welcome to apply)
Current Professional Liability Insurance
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong commitment to continuous learning and upholding regulatory standards

Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
