We are developing an institutional-level project and require a short cinematic vision video (2–3 minutes) to support strategic presentation to decision-makers.
This is NOT a technical architectural render job.
We are NOT looking for:
• Precise CAD modelling
• Millimetric topography
• Engineering-level detailing
We ARE looking for:
• A cinematic, AI-assisted visual narrative
• Conceptual large-scale urban views (aerial, wide shots, approach sequences)
• Symbolic architectural emergence (e.g. a building rising to represent growth/dynamics)
• Smooth transitions between key project elements
• Strong visual coherence (no obvious AI artefacts, distortions or inconsistencies)
The goal is impact, vision and positioning — not technical documentation.
The final presentation will be delivered in a formal institutional context. The video must therefore feel:
• Strategic
• Elegant
• Credible
• Emotionally compelling but professional
Deliverables
• 1 cinematic video (2–3 minutes)
• 1080p or 4K
• Licensed music (or high-quality AI composition)
• Clean transitions
• 2–3 revision rounds
Important – AI Workflow Required
We prefer candidates who:
• Actively use AI video and image generation tools
• Have access to professional AI platforms (Runway, Midjourney, Kaiber, etc.)
• Understand hybrid AI + compositing workflows
Please include in your proposal:
A short outline of your AI-assisted workflow
One example of AI + 3D hybrid work
Estimated production timeline
Working Method
We will provide:
