This is a long-term opportunity for someone who actively uses TikTok content on a regular basis, understands short-form content, trends, hooks, viral structures and is comfortable using AI tools to produce videos efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Creating AI-generated UGC TikTok videos in bulk
- Replicating proven video formats
- Producing slideshow-style posts
- Developing new creative video formats
- Editing, optimizing hooks, captions, and pacing for engagement
- Delivering consistently and meeting deadlines
You may use any AI tools you prefer.
Compensation:
- $600 – $1000 per month (based on experience and output quality)
- Full-time position

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of TikTok & short-form content
- Good written and spoken English
- Experience with AI video tools
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable communication
- Fast turnaround time
