I am looking for a detail-oriented video editor to refine and finalize AI-generated training videos for a real estate acquisition business.
You will log into my Pictory AI account and edit existing AI voiceover videos by correcting and improving the automated visual scenes.
No advanced software required — Pictory is browser-based and user-friendly.
Experience with AI video platforms (even if not Pictory specifically) is sufficient.
Deadline: March 13, 2026
Project Scope
Inside my account, you will find three course folders:
• Acquisition Manager Certification (21 videos)
• Cold Caller Certification (27 videos)
• Administrative Assistant Certification (12 videos)
Total: Approximately 60 videos
Most videos are 2–5 minutes long.
Primary Responsibility: Fix AI Visuals
The AI automatically selects stock clips — many do NOT logically match the narration.
Example:
If narration discusses a CRM "pipeline," the AI might show a literal mechanical pipe. That must be replaced with business-relevant visuals (workflow diagrams, dashboards, negotiation settings, contracts, etc.).
You will:
• Replace irrelevant or literal AI-generated clips
• Choose realistic business-appropriate visuals
• Ensure scenes align with what is being said
• Maintain a clean, professional corporate tone
• Avoid cheesy, dramatic, or unrelated stock footage
This is a structured real estate business — visuals must reflect:
• Professional communication
• Seller discussions
• Contracts and paperwork
• Title company processes
• Business systems and workflows
• Real estate properties and land
Audio & Playback Review
You will:
• Watch each video fully
• Ensure pronunciation flows smoothly
• Fix issues where AI reads symbols (like "-") as "dash" or "hyphen"
• Ensure overall flow feels professional
No re-recording needed — minor text edits inside the platform are fine.
Final Step: Upload to Thinkific
Once finalized:
• Download completed videos
• Log into my Thinkific account
• Upload videos into correct course modules
• Ensure alignment with the existing curriculum structure
The course outline is already built — you are simply placing videos correctly.
