We are looking for a Google Ads / PPC specialist with proven experience in restoration (mold & water damage mitigation ONLY).
Do NOT apply if you do not have direct campaign experience in this niche.
Our Goal
We generate emergency structural drying and mold remediation jobs.
We are NOT looking for generic "water leak" traffic.
We ONLY want high-intent mitigation leads where there is confirmed interior damage.
Leads We WANT
Burst pipe causing interior water damage
Slab leak with moisture in walls or flooring
Water heater leak damaging drywall or cabinets
Washing machine / dishwasher overflow
Toilet overflow / sewage backup
Flooded basement with structural damage
Active water intrusion requiring drying equipment
Visible black mold on drywall / framing
Crawl space mold with confirmed moisture issue
These are mitigation jobs requiring:
Drying equipment
Containment
Demolition
Insurance involvement
Leads We DO NOT WANT
Roof leak only (no interior damage)
Window leak during rain
Exterior waterproofing requests
Foundation crack without damage
"Inspection only" traffic
Shopping-around estimate collectors
Market
California (high competition)
Experience running campaigns in competitive restoration markets is required.

Proven restoration campaign results
Ability to generate emergency mitigation leads
Advanced negative keyword filtering
Call-focused campaign structure
Conversion tracking setup
Experience reducing low-quality traffic
Understanding of insurance claim workflow

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
