I had a falling out with an individual who had direct access to my phone. They were consistently in my phone snooping and I believe they had motives to install malware/viruses to my phone in order to track and monitor phone activity. This individual had two full days at my home without me there. Shortly after I noticed warning signs of potential malware/viruses. I'm worried home network is now compromised. Both the mobile network and home wifi appear to be compromised. While living with this individual my phone stopped making calls and texts for 3 months out of the blue. Brand new samsung s24 ultra. I'm worried a sim swap occurred. I purchased a replacement phone, individual appeared panicked and insistant about helping me set it up. This person accessed email, social media made a bunch of changes to my accounts including medical information which is a hippa violation. Social media and YouTube appear to be compromised. I don't know what type of virus/malware they installed but I need help securing everything so I can move forward with my life. I have reason to believe they have keystroke capabilities, password changes arent working. I also believe they have ability to access camera and microphone. Can you help with this issue. I've tried factory reset. I purchased 2 phones since this occurred. I purchased a new router. Changed passwords. Tried authenticator instead of sms 2fa. Bought a yubikey for certain accounts. Changed phone number and email. I'm at a loss on what to do at this point. I hope you can help. I need help securing home and mobile network. I need help securing all devices across the network including Samsung s24 ultra, ios products including iPhone, I pad, smartwatch. Samsung smart tvs. And a couple of laptops that run windows. I am looking for an experienced individual who has worked on something similar and succeeded in securing devices and home network and someone who can help protect me from future attacks. I am interested in discussing a plan of attack, amount of hours necessary to complete the job. Please list any credentials applicable to this job posting.
