You must be a very strong communicator in English.
We are building and rebuilding client websites in WordPress using Elementor Pro and need forms to correctly push data into GHL.
This may include tagging, smart lists, and workflow triggers.
I understand the architecture but do not have time to troubleshoot and refine the setup across multiple forms, websites and accounts.
For this role, you will need to be able to perform these tasks and, at times, show me how they are done via live screen share, short video walk throughs (e.g. Loom) or screenshots with comments:
• Connect Elementor Pro forms to GoHighLevel
• Configure webhooks correctly (direct to GHL or via Make if required)
• Map fields properly and ensure "create or update contact" logic works
• Apply tags dynamically based on form inputs
• Ensure contacts are added to the correct smart lists
• Trigger workflows correctly inside GHL
• Test and troubleshoot errors
• Document the setup so it can be replicated on future builds
To work with us, you must have experience with:
• GoHighLevel (CRM, tags, smart lists, workflows)
• Elementor Pro forms
• Webhooks and API integrations
• WordPress
At first, this will be ongoing work-as-needed for multiple client projects. For the right person, this can become consistent ongoing work across all of our website builds as this is a tech stack we'll be using extensively.
