Über

We're an AI company that connects luxury and premium fashion brands with major online retail platforms. We're looking for an experienced (CRM) specialist to set up and configure our account from scratch.
What we need:
Account setup & domain warm-up — Configure our Apollo workspace, verify sending domains, and manage warm-up so we're ready to send at scale without deliverability issues
ICP & prospecting filters — Build targeted search filters to find multi-brand fashion distributors, wholesalers, and retailers across the US and EU, filtered by industry, company size, and decision-maker titles (Heads of E-comm, VPs of Merchandising, GMs)
List building & segmentation — Create structured prospect lists segmented by company type (distributors vs. retailers vs. mid-market), region, and priority tier
Outreach sequences — Set up multi-step email sequences (we already have the messaging written) with A/B testing, personalization tokens, and open/click tracking. Cadence includes email, LinkedIn tasks, and break-up emails over 14–21 days
Inbound routing — Configure inbound lead capture from our website with routing to the right sales rep and calendar scheduling
Notion integration — Connect Apollo to our Notion workspace for pipeline tracking, contact syncing, and activity logging
Reporting dashboards — Set up weekly dashboards tracking outreach volume, open/reply rates, meetings booked, pipeline value, and performance by sales rep and segment
Compliance & hygiene — GDPR settings, opt-out handling, email verification, and separate sending domains as we scale
Ideal candidate:
Proven experience setting up for B2B outbound (please share examples)
Understands email deliverability, domain warm-up, and sending best practices
Familiar with Notion integrations
Experience in fashion, retail, or wholesale is a plus but not required
Can work independently and deliver within 2–4 weeks
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
