This system will automatically research companies, analyze their business structure, and generate a scoring output based on a defined scoring matrix.
The workflow will use AI tools like Perplexity / Claude / OpenAI, along with structured web research (company hierarchy, revenue signals, app presence, etc.), and then generate a final score for each account.
This is not a basic automation task. We need someone who understands:
data enrichment logic
automation architecture
AI prompting inside workflows
structured scoring outputs
What We Need Built
Automation Workflow (n8n)
Input: company name + website (from Google Sheet / CSV / CRM)
AI research automation (Perplexity / Claude API integration)
Extract company hierarchy (CEO, VP Sales, Decision makers, departments)
Collect signals like:
Mobile app presence and if it drives revenue
Business model type (B2B / B2C / SaaS)
Industry category
Tech stack (if possible)
Hiring activity signals (LinkedIn / job boards)
Company size and revenue estimates
Apply scoring matrix rules (points-based)
Output: final score + breakdown + decision recommendation (hot/warm/cold)
Save results in Google Sheets / CRM
Requirements
Strong experience in n8n automation workflows
Experience integrating APIs (OpenAI, Perplexity, Claude, etc.)
Experience with Google Sheets automation
Ability to build scoring logic and structured outputs
Must write clean, scalable workflows (modular)
Good English communication
Bonus Skills (Preferred)
Experience with CRM automation (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
Experience with lead enrichment tools
Experience building AI agent workflows
Deliverables
Fully working n8n workflow
Documentation on how to run and update scoring rules
Testing with sample accounts
Output format: Google Sheet + scoring breakdown

Contract duration of less than 1 month.
