We are looking for a senior-level graphic designer specialized in high-end, conversion-focused static ad creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

What We Expect
• Premium, clean, structured layout
• Strong typography hierarchy
• Clear visual authority
• Conversion-driven composition
• High-end B2B positioning
• No generic or template-based Canva designs
This is performance design, not decoration.
The creatives are for B2B clients in the German market (local services / Handwerk).
They must impress visually and perform in terms of conversion rate.
Branding Context
There is no full branding guideline document.
The visual direction will be based on:
• Our existing website (built with Framer)
• The typography, spacing and layout style used there
• The premium reference creatives in the Google Drive folder
• The benchmark level of Design with Blink
Your task is to combine:
The structured, premium performance style from the references
With the visual identity and tone of our website
This means:
Not copying blindly.
Not creating a new brand.
But aligning high-performance ad creatives with our existing web presence.
You must be able to extract visual direction from a website and translate it into ad creatives consistently.
If you need a strict brand book in order to design, this role is not for you.
Collaboration Setup
We will provide:
• A structured Miro board
• A detailed Loom video with creative direction
• Copy and messaging framework
• AI-generated images (you must be able to integrate them into premium ad layouts)
• Multiple visual references via Google Drive
You must be able to take these inputs and execute at a high professional level.
Exact style execution is required. Not interpretation.
Technical Requirements
• Strong experience in Meta static ad creatives
• Excellent layout, spacing and typography skills
• Understanding of performance marketing principles
• Ability to design for 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16 formats
• Fast execution (approx. 1–2 hours per high-end creative)
Absolute experts only.
Project Structure
Start with 1 paid test creative.
If quality matches expectations → ongoing collaboration (multiple creatives per week).
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
