We are looking to hire an experienced Full Stack Developer or Development Team to build an internal Real Estate CRM system for managing our end-to-end sales operations — from lead capture to booking closure.
This CRM will be used internally by:
Telecallers
Sales Executives
Team Leaders
Admin
to manage incoming leads and move them through qualification, site visits, negotiation, token payment, documentation, and final booking.
Project Objective:
The goal is to build a role-based system that manages the complete lifecycle of a real estate inquiry:

→ Telecaller Assignment (Round Robin / Location Based)

→ Lead Qualification (Budget / Timeline / Interest)

→ Token Payment
→ Unit Block / Approval
→ Documentation
→ Closed Won / Lost
→ Archive
→ Lead Reactivation Workflow

Please mention your experience building CRM or internal sales workflow systems in your proposal.
Preferred Tech Stack:
Frontend: React /
