I will provide the creative strategy, concepts, and systems. Your job is to help turn those concepts into live ads by coordinating with editors and designers, using our AI prompt system, organizing creatives, and uploading ads.
This role will start as an execution and operations role, but over time you will grow into helping build and improve our creative system, learn ad performance analysis, and assist in scaling our advertising.
This is a long term role with growth opportunity into a Creative Operations Manager or Creative Strategist role.

Your Initial Responsibilities
- Use our Ai prompt system to generate ad scripts and variations
- Assign creative tasks to our video editors and graphic designers
- Organize creative files in Google Drive
- Ensure correct ad naming and organization
- Track all creatives in our Google Sheets tracker
- Ensure all creative concepts are completed and launched properly
- Help maintain and operate our creative production system

Weekly Workload
Approximately:
5 video ad concepts per week
10 image ad concepts per week
Estimated workload is 4 to 10 hours per week.
Requirements
Highly organized
Reliable and detail oriented
Comfortable using Google Sheets and Google Drive
Comfortable using ChatGPT + Claude
Able to follow systems and instructions
Good communication
Interested in long term work and growth
Meta Ads Manager experience is a plus but not required. I will train you.
