Responsibilities
Design 8 high-quality email layouts daily
Manage email designs for 7–8 clients
Follow briefs, brand guidelines, and feedback accurately
Ensure every design is on-brand and conversion-focused
Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account managers
Qualifications (Must-Have)
Strong written English communication
Deep understanding of:
Email design strategy
Visual hierarchy
CTA placement (above the fold, clarity, contrast)
Conversion-focused layouts
Minimum 1 year experience in email design (ecommerce preferred)
Ability to quickly understand and match different brand tones
Trial Process (IMPORTANT – Read Carefully)
Shortlisted candidates will go through the following process:
Portfolio review
We will compare your designs against the actual brands
Designs must match brand tone and show clear design strategy
If selected, you will move to a paid 4-day trial
You'll be given real brand guidelines and tasks
Performance, speed, and brand alignment will be evaluated
We care about strategy and structure, not just visuals.
Contract duration of more than 6 months.
