The ideal candidate understands how to use AI to predict customer behavior, automate bundle recommendations, and create a "smart" subscription portal that reduces churn and maximizes Lifetime Value (LTV).
Key Responsibilities:
AI-Powered Personalization: Integrate AI tools (like Klaviyo AI, Octane AI, or custom OpenAI API implementations) to offer dynamic bundle recommendations based on user behavior and purchase history.
Recharge Bundle Architecture: Set up and customize Recharge Bundles (Fixed, Flow, or Customizable), ensuring a seamless "
Develop a bespoke customer portal using Liquid and JavaScript that allows users to easily swap products, delay shipments, and add one-time AI-suggested "add-ons" to their next order.
Automation Logic Build automated workflows that use AI to trigger personalized win-back sequences or "bundle upgrade" offers when a customer's engagement drops.
Performance Optimization: Ensure that AI scripts and Recharge widgets do not compromise site speed or mobile conversion rates.
Technical Requirements:
Expert Shopify Development: Deep mastery of Liquid, Shopify API, and Theme 2.0 architecture.
Recharge Mastery: Extensive experience with Recharge SMS, Bundles, and Affinity (the Recharge API).
AI Implementation: Proven experience integrating AI models or third-party AI apps to personalize the e-commerce journey.
Data Driven Ability to analyze subscription cohorts and use that data to refine the AI's recommendation logic.
Project Scope
Objective: Launch a smart, automated subscription store that utilizes AI to manage and upsell Recharge Bundles.
