We are a marketing company offering an AI-powered telephony solution. We are looking for an experienced data protection expert or specialized IT law attorney to finalize our privacy policy and revise our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for our end customers.
Current Status:
We already have draft templates for the documents.
A complete list of all tools used is available.
We have received detailed feedback and a to-do list from an external data protection officer outlining the remaining legal adjustments and additions required.
Our Technical Infrastructure (Important for evaluation):
Our product is an AI phone agent that also works via WhatsApp and as a web snippet.
Voice/AI: ElevenLabs
Telephony: Twilio
Backend/Automation: n8n
Database: Supabase
Your Responsibilities:
Privacy Policy: Creation or finalization of the privacy policy for our website and service, taking the above tech stack into account (especially voice data / AI processing).
DPA (Data Processing Agreement): Revision of our DPA template, which we provide to our B2B customers.
Implementation of Requirements: Incorporation of the open points from the feedback provided by our external data protection officer.
Requirements:
Proven experience in data protection law (GDPR), ideally with a focus on SaaS, AI, or cloud services.
Excellent German language skills (legally compliant wording).
Strong technical understanding (API interfaces, cloud hosting, voice processing).
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR, Data Privacy, Privacy Policy, Privacy Policy Writing, Contract Law, SaaS, German
