Über
We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Personal Assistant to support our team on a part-time basis. This role suits someone who enjoys structure, optimisation, and getting real results — not just ticking boxes.
Hours & Availability
3 hours per day
Must be available during UK business hours
Comfortable joining and speaking on Zoom calls when required
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting day-to-day operations and admin tasks
Managing tasks, follow-ups, and priorities across multiple projects
Working closely with the team via Slack (daily communication)
Using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT and similar) to:
Optimise workflows
Improve efficiency
Help get better outcomes from tasks and projects
Keeping everything organised, on track, and moving forward
What We're Looking For
Exceptionally organised with great attention to detail
Confident communicator (written and spoken English)
Comfortable speaking on Zoom
Familiar with Slack and remote working tools
Curious and confident using AI to improve how work gets done
Proactive mindset — you spot problems and suggest solutions
Reliable and consistent availability during agreed UK hours
Location
Remote role
South Africa preferred (excellent timezone alignment with the UK)
Bonus (Nice to Have)
Previous experience as a PA, VA, or operations assistant
Experience supporting founders or fast-moving teams
Familiarity with task management tools (e.g. Notion, Asana, ClickUp)
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
